二、Requirements for international students to return to school (will be adjusted in time according to changes in epidemic situation and higher-level policies) 1. I and my roommate have not been to medium and high risk areas within 28 days; 2. I and my roommate have not been to other low-risk areas in the middle and high-risk areas within 14 days; 3. I and my roommate have no history of living abroad within 28 days; 4. I have no physical abnormalities (fever, cough, etc.) with my fellow residents and close contacts; 5. The Su Kang code of myself and my roommate is green code; 6. My CPU health code is green; 7. The 14-day travel code of me and my roommate is green. All kinds of situations shall be judged according to the announcement of epidemic prevention and control of local government and the certificate of local disease prevention and control institutions.
三、Type of temporary non-return to school Students with one of the following special circumstances will not return to school for the time being. According to the relevant regulations of the school, they will go through leave and filing procedures, and participate in online learning, and then return to school after the special circumstances are lifted. 1. Currently in the middle and high risk areas in China; 2. Those who have traveled to medium and high risk areas within 28 days before returning to school; 3. Among the people living together, there are confirmed cases, suspected cases, asymptomatic infected persons and close contacts in COVID-19; 4. There are other epidemic exposures; 5. Currently outside the country (territory); 6. The "14+14" centralized isolation and health monitoring have not been completed after entry; 7. Those who live together are still in the stage of home isolation or daily health monitoring after entering the country; 8. Students who have lifted the middle and high risk warning areas can apply for admission 14 days after the lifting; 9. Unable to return to school on time due to abnormal health and other special reasons. All kinds of situations shall be judged according to the announcement of epidemic prevention and control of local government and the certificate of local disease prevention and control institutions.
四、Return to school process for international students 1. Check the conditions for returning to school. Students who do not meet the requirements for returning to school will not be allowed to apply for admission to the campus. 2. International students submit an application for returning to school to the class teacher and sign a personal undertaking. Application time for returning to school: February 25, 2021. Students are not allowed to conceal or falsely report personal health status, personnel contact, travel history within 14 days, etc., and sign a personal commitment letter in the application for returning to school. Anyone who conceals key information on epidemic prevention and control such as residence history, contact history and health status, and causes serious consequences, shall bear legal responsibility. 3. Submit the health clock-in record. The class teacher verifies the students' health punching during the winter vacation; Before returning to school, if the health punch card is less than 14 consecutive days, it will be postponed until it is submitted to the class teacher for verification before returning to school. 4. After the examination and approval of the Institute of International Education, the entrance guard on the day of returning to school will be opened for the international students who have passed the examination. The international students will queue up in order to enter the school, open the Su Kang code in advance, cooperate with the body temperature test, and brush their faces at the entrance guard. Back-to-school students should go directly to the designated place for nucleic acid testing for sampling, and should not stay in any place other than their dormitory. After nucleic acid detection, enter the dormitory and clean and disinfect their dormitory.
五、current management 1. The campus is under closed management, and all international students are not required to leave school or leave Nanjing. 2. Back-to-school students wear masks and do not leave the campus before the nucleic acid test results come out. In principle, closed management is implemented in the dormitory Make a door-to-door visit and try to keep the activities in the minimum range. When dining, don't eat in the canteen, and take it back to the dormitory for dining. 3. Strengthen the management of international students' accommodation. During the stay, clean and disinfect the dormitory, keep the dormitory sanitary and create a clean and sanitary living environment. Pay attention to personal hygiene, follow the healthy living rules, prohibit the use of illegal electrical appliances, stay at night, and stay in others. Be sure to close the water, electricity, doors and windows before going out, and pay attention to personal and property safety. The Institute of International Education will conduct safety hazard inspection and civilized supervision from time to time. If there is any violation of discipline, the school will seriously deal with it according to the relevant regulations in the student handbook. 4. Do a good job in daily health monitoring. Adhere to the daily health punch card on enterprise WeChat and update the "cpu health code". If the body temperature is abnormal, early detection, early reporting and early disposal should be done. In case of symptoms such as body temperature exceeding 37.3℃, dry cough, fatigue, etc., international students should contact the school hospital for medical treatment and report to the counselor at the first time, and deal with them according to the emergency treatment process. 5. Do personal protection. Foreign students wear masks at school, do not gather, wash their hands frequently, and keep the dormitory ventilated frequently.
