Interim Provisions on the Administration of Day Students in Shenyang Pharmaceutical University during Epidemic Prevention and Control

These regulations are formulated to implement the relevant requirements of the University’s epidemic prevention and control, and strengthen the administration of the entrance and exit of off-campus residents and interns.

一、 Categories of day students

1. College and graduate students who have been approved to stay outside school and need to study on campus every day.

2. Degree candidates living on-campus and do internship in other institutions in Sheng yang.

二、 Application Requirements

1. Students and their residents are in good health, without fever, cough and other symptoms, and have been in good health for 14 days.

2. The health codes of students and their residents are all green codes  

3.Students should punch in OA for 14 consecutive days

4.The travel code of students and residents is green and they have not left Shenyang in the past 14 days

5.Students and their co-residents have a history of living in non-epidemic key protection areas

6. The student and co-habitants shall not have contact with any overseas returnee or people with fever, cough or other respiratory symptoms.

三、Procedure of Application

1. Students put forward the application for returning to school by the guide on OA platform, and fill in the body temperature test for 14 consecutive days, which will take effect. The deadline is March 6, 2021.

2. The guide shall be submitted to the college for examination and approval after strict examination and confirmation

四、Requirements for approved applicants

1. Adhere to the daily health punch card, truthfully report my daily health status. If one of the admission conditions is not met during the day, I will immediately go to the reporter and not enter or leave the campus

2.Borrowing/lending campus card to others is strictly forbidden.

3. It is strictly forbidden to conceal, misrepresent, or omit information about residence history, contact history, health status, etc.

5. Student must continue to abide by the university’s other rules and administrative measures during the epidemic control period.

6. If students violate the above-mentioned relevant regulations, Shenyang Pharmaceutical University will deal with them severely according to relevant regulations; If adverse consequences are caused, the relevant departments shall investigate their legal responsibilities according to the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases and other laws and regulations.
