Notice of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University on the Make-up Examination in the Second Term of the 2020-2021 School Year

To all English-taught international undergraduates,The make-up examination 2020-2021 academic year, 2^ndsemester will be arranged as follows:

一、Time

March 8th – 16th，2021

二、About the exams

Students on campus will take the in-person exams in classrooms and students off campus & outside China will take the exams online.

三、Requirements

（一）In-person exams

1、International students who take the exam must carry their campus card or student ID card or passport with them

2、International students who take the offline centralized examination should wear masks, sit in separate places and have no contact during the whole examination.

（二）Online exams

1、Students taking online examinations must contact the class teacher at least 24 hours in advance to debug the examination equipment. Candidates should be equipped with a computer and two mobile phones. The computer is used to receive test papers, the mobile phone A is used for invigilation, and the mobile phone B is used to shoot answers and send them to teachers at the end of the exam. During the examination, the mobile phone A must turn on the enterprise WeChat video conference function in the whole process, and be placed in a suitable position, which should not be more than 1m away from the examinee, so as to ensure that the invigilator can see the hands and screen completely, otherwise, the invigilator will not issue the examination papers. Candidates can't put any materials unrelated to the exam on their desks. Mobile phone b is prohibited during the examination.

2、Candidates should write the answers on blank paper prepared in advance, and take photos of the answers within 5 minutes after the examination and send the photos to the designated mailbox. Sending an email late or sending a photo with a format problem will be considered invalid. At the end of the exam, candidates are not allowed to quit the meeting, turn off the camera or leave the monitoring range without authorization.3、考试期间，考生应全程打开话筒，并保持安静，不得使用耳机或关闭话筒。

Students should keep the microphone on, keep quiet, and do not use headphones or mute the microphone during the period of exam.

4、Candidates who need to submit papers in advance should raise their hands and inform the invigilator. They can quit the video conference only after getting permission from the invigilator and confirming the submission of papers.

5、During the examination, if a student has one of the following behaviors or one of the following situations occurs, the examination shall be deemed invalid:

（1）Candidates who violate discipline or cheat

（2）Candidates did not enter the examination room within 15 minutes after the start of the examination

（3）Candidates do not place equipment according to the teacher's requirements or move equipment without authorization during the examination

（4）Candidates have more than 3 stagnation or black screens on the live broadcast screen, or a single stagnation or black screen for more than 10 minutes

（5）Candidates were found to switch computer screens more than 3 times

（6）Candidates leave the scope of video surveillance without authorization

（7）Other acts that impair the fairness of the examination as determined by the invigilator

四、Others

1、All international students who take the exam must sign the Examination Discipline Commitment before the exam, and strictly observe the discipline of the examination room during the exam.

2、Papers and answers must be kept strictly confidential and must not be posted.

3、Please prepare the necessary conditions and equipment in advance to ensure the smooth progress of the online exam. If in doubt, please contact the college.
